To initiate a return:

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 15 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap for Book, Movies, Music, and other media products).

Please do not open package or break seal or shrink wrap if you don't intend to keep the item, we can't resell the item brand new if you do so. If an item is defected or not working to standard then you are welcome to return the item for a exchange. Books, Movies, Music, and other media item that is open do not warrant a refund because it is now used.

Apparel Return:

Apparel that is used, wash or dry clean CAN NOT be return or exchange, we only accept return if the item is in same new condition you received it, the item didn't fit, wrong item received or its not what you expected otherwise all sale are final.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card or PayPal account for the purchase price of the item/items returned. Please allow us 3 to 6 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
