The site was easy to navigate; the issue/edition/isbn was all clearly stated; price was great; ordering was easy; it appeared to be quickly shipped out as well (based on an email i received); and I received a quick email response when I requested a tracking number (although they were not able to provide one). My only complaint is that it took too long to arrive - 9 business days, and there was no option to request (and pay for) quicker shipping."
